DMXIS by ENTTEC is a Virtual Effect Audio Plugin and a Standalone Application for macOS and Windows. It functions as a VST Plugin, an Audio Units Plugin and a Standalone Application. I have successfully tested DMXIS with Reaper on OS X 10.6 and Windows 7 (Reaper and Reaper x64). On Windows, you just need to add the DMXIS plugin path to OptionsPreferencesVST and click on the 'Re-Scan' button.
